This consult will provide you with the information and confidence you need to make an informed decision about your at-home care services. Our initial consult takes approximately 1 to 2 hours and will cover all aspects of available home care services, including CHSP, HCP, and Private Services.
We will take the confusion out of organising home care services by:
Sorting out the paperwork
We will look at your current Home Care Package and CHSP approvals and ascertain if any additional approvals are required through My Aged Care.
Help you understand the costs
We will provide you with any required Centrelink paperwork and determine if any Income Tested Care Fees (ICTF) will apply to your Home Care Package. If an ICTF does apply, we will determine how to manage these fees in the most cost-effective way
Compare provider’s costs and fees to find you the right service, for the best price
We will provide you with a comprehensive report that compares providers in your area. This report will outline their fees, service and staffing levels and recommend which provider is most suitable for you. We can also organise interviews and liaise with the providers on your behalf if this service is required.
